We are the Sanchez Family. The Hacienda de Don Manuel was opened in the tradition

of our home town of Quitupan Jalisco (Guadalajara) in South Mexico. The restaurant was named in honor of our father & patriarch. It is with pride that we serve a menu reminiscent of the dinners served by Mexican families in our home town. We prepare a diverse menu, flavored with traditional spices, peppers & ingredients unique only to the Mexican cuisine. The beautiful folk art murals embracing our dining room, were painted by Edelweiss Sanchez, Jesus' wife adding to the ambiance & feeling of a truly authentic Mexican dining experience.

It seems like a contradiction in terms... but it really isn’t. We’re working toward the goal of having “fine dining” cuisine [in addition to superior bar food] in a casual dining atmosphere. Yeah, we’re not really a “dive bar”... but we are an informal / comfortable kinda joint with a rather large beer selection [13 on tap... 4 on a “Nitro Tower”], some unusual [for the US, not so much in the EU] liquor selections, and “the game” is on the TV [and if you want a specific one, we’ll be happy to put it on for you].
